Pleaserebook if you see one of your sessions cancelled. Alternatively, contact us at enquiries@thepilatesquarter.com and we can help you find an alternative session time as we run over 60 group classes per week.
We are in the process of contacting Private clients to inform them of any cancellations or rescheduling that we had to make during this period.
Remember we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so please cancel or reschedule well in advance to avoid being charged.

Sam’s Last Week
We recently celebrated Sam's time with us at the Boom Battle Bar, where we all took on the challenge of axe throwing and mini golf. It turns out axe throwing is a lot harder than it looks—even for us seasoned Pilates "ninjas"!
A great time was had by all, and it was the perfect send-off as Sam heads up to Cheshire. If you happen to see him around, please be sure to wish him a fond farewell. We will stay in contact and hopefully get him back for help with training.

Bringing a reusable water bottle to the studio is a simple yet impactful way to reduce waste. Each time you fill up your own bottle instead of using a disposable cup, you're directly helping to conserve valuable resources like the water and energy that go into creating and transporting single-use items. This small change in habit significantly reduces the amount of rubbish that ends up in our landfills, contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment. If you’re coming in please remember to bring your bottle!
